Our service

We provide local pickup and delivery of parcels, documents and goods. We serve one-time and recurring requests, including same-day deliveries and scheduled routes for businesses.

Service is performed in person by our team at the pickup and drop-off locations agreed with you. Nothing is sold or shipped to you as a physical product.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order.

You are responsible for giving accurate pickup and delivery addresses, recipient details and a truthful description of the items.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in your quote and at checkout. They include the charges described there. You see the full total before you pay.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved.

We may cancel orders that contain pricing errors or involve suspected fraud. In that case, we refund any amount paid.

We do not sell subscriptions on this website. A recurring route for a business is set up only if you expressly agree to it. Before you agree, we will state the price, the billing interval and how to cancel.
